Lucan United Football Club Complaints Procedure
The purpose of our complaints procedure is to provide a structured and fair way for individuals to raise concerns or complaints and to ensure these are addressed promptly and effectively. This process benefits the club and its members by promoting transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Step 1: How to Contact Us

? Response Time: We will acknowledge your complaint within 7 days.
Step 2: Investigation Process
? Initial Review: We will assign an impartial investigator to review the complaint and gather necessary information.
? Timeline: The investigation process may take up to 14 days from the date of acknowledgment.
Step 3: Managing Outcomes
? We will inform you of the outcome via email of our findings and any actions taken within 7 days after the investigation.
